UDEX is an independent product studio. “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to UDEX; “you” refers to any visitor or client of the site or services.

You may browse the site for personal or business research, contact us about engagements, and share project information for the purpose of getting a proposal.

You agree not to misuse the site — that includes attempting to probe, scan, or test its vulnerabilities, interfering with its operation, scraping content at scale, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

Any paid work we deliver is governed by a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement). In case of conflict, that agreement prevails over these Terms.

Site content — including text, code samples, branding, and design — belongs to UDEX or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

IP rights in deliverables created during an engagement transfer to you on payment in full, as defined in the relevant statement of work.

We treat any non-public information you share with us as confidential and only use it to evaluate or perform work for you. Engagements are typically covered by a separate mutual NDA.

Content on the site is provided for general information only and is not legal, financial, security, or tax advice. Do not rely on it as a substitute for advice from qualified professionals.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UDEX and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site.

Liability arising from a paid engagement is limited as defined in the relevant statement of work.

The site may link to third-party websites or services that we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site at any time, including for violation of these Terms. Termination of an active engagement is governed by the relevant statement of work.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Kyiv, unless an engagement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
